i read somewhere that geminis have a tendency to observe their lives from afar, rather than feel the moment. maybe that's why my diary is a day to day documention of events, rather than a case of emotional diarrhea. i envy those hapless poets who expose every wound and scar and expound the pleasure of the pain. i wish i was lyrical; a dark soul whose diary is a scary slice of underbelly that leaves you grateful for your ordinary piece of suburbia. i wish i could describe the beauty of patrick's weathered face in a sonnet. i wish i could express the bittersweet torment of loving a married man. i wish i was a messenger and know the news is good. i wish i was a full moon shining off a camaro's hood...
